We at FindJobs.pk always try to provide the best support we can give without wasting members time. In this section we tried to cover most of the questions related to both Employers and Candidates. We will update Frequently Asked Questions as they asked by our members. You will see this list prolonging in the future for your assistance.

FindJobs Employers FAQs

  • Once you are registered, after login you will be directed to your profile. In your profile area tab name is Post a New Job. Once you click it post form will be loaded for you.
  • Yes for first 3 months all Employers are eligible to post unlimited jobs totally free. After that it will be totally on Company's discretion if they prolong it. You can read it further on our Terms and Policies Page.
  • Yes, for first 3 months all Employers and non-members will be able to see the Candidates profile details. After that it will be totally on Company's discretion if they prolong it. You can read it further on our Terms and Policies Page.
  • As long as promotion goes which is for now for 3 months all Employers will be able to shortlist the Candidates. Once they shortlist the Candidate they can download the CV of that particular candidate in their profile area under tab name Resumes.
  • Once you post the job, job will be held for further review. Once approved by our Career Department it will be published right away and Employer will be notified via email which they provided while registration of Profile.
  • Once you login into your account you can find your posted jobs under tab name Manage Jobs.
  • Yes, you can inactive, update or delete your job in your profile area under Manage Jobs tab.
  • You can see it under Manage Jobs tab in your profile area. Once you are there you will see the number of applicants in front of each job posted. Click on Applications link and you will see the applicants for that particular job.
  • Your information is totally protected. We do not share our Employers information at all with any of members and non-members. On different Website sections only Company name and address will be displayed. Your email and phone number will be shared with the candidate only in the case you will contact any Candidate, via email notification.
  • If you forgot your password you can recover it instantly by clinking on SIGN IN button in top right corner. A popup will appear, click on Forgot password link, you will be prompted to disclose your email address. Once you provide it you will get a new password from the system which you can change in your profile area.

FindJobs Candidates FAQs

  • it is quite easy, you can register with any social channel which includes facebook, twitter, google+, linkedin or you can use your email id. Because all communication will be held further with your email id. So it is most important you use the email which you open mostly in days or weeks.
  • We made our system to give you professional resume builder totally free. Once you login into your profile you will see tips and score of your profile on the left sidebar. It will help you to build your profile from 0 to 100%.
  • You need to register first to apply on a job. Once you registered you can apply on any job with just a single click.
  • CV is totally optional for you. But we encourage you to upload your CV in your profile area under CV & Cover Letter tab before applying any job.
  • You will have only 1 option to upload your CV. If you will upload another CV your previous CV will be dropped instantly. So you should keep record of you CV on your System or Handheld. And upload most updated CV to get high chances to be interviewed.
  • Once you login into our system. You will be able to shortlist jobs whichever you like. Once you shortlist a job it will show in your profile area under Shortlisted Jobs and also on top menu with your profile menu a heart icon will appear containing most recent 3 shortlisted jobs and a quick link to discover all shortlisted jobs.
  • Job Alerts is a great option we built for you. While searching for jobs in our system, once you discover the most appropriate jobs refer to your professional skills and you want that search criteria to be saved. This is the time you create a Job Alert. Just hit on Email me Jobs like this. Set the name of the Alert(You may want different names for different type of jobs) and set the frequency of the email which represents how often do you like the alert to be delivered. Once you do it, it will appear instantly in your profile area under Job Alerts tab.
  • You can see all your applied jobs in your profile area after login under Applied Jobs tab.
  • Your personal information will not be disclosed to any member or non-member unless you apply on a job. Once you apply on a job, Employer will be able to see your complete profile including CV, Cover Letter, Linkedin Profile and also able to send a message to you.
  • This only happens if your profile is less than 50% complete. Please follow the instruction in your profile area Skills percentage to get eligible to apply on a Job.
